Refund Policy

This document outlines the refund policy (“Policy”) established by the Global Tech Council, herein referred to as “the Company,” concerning the acquisition of educational services and resources related to advanced technologies.

The Company provides educational services of significant value in the field of advanced technologies, obtainable through various online and offline channels. It is essential to note that the Company does not engage in trading practices or offer financial recommendations.

Unless explicitly agreed upon in written form by the Company, full payment for participation in any of our educational offerings is obligatory at the time of registration. In cases where a trial period is incorporated into the offering, such a trial shall be made accessible solely upon explicit request. Prospective purchasers are encouraged to utilize this trial period to ensure that the services align with their specific needs and requirements.

Upon completion of payment clearance, access to the corresponding educational resources is granted. Once access has been activated, the Company does not entertain requests for partial or full refunds. Exceptions to this policy are exceptionally rare and may be granted solely at the discretion of the Company’s support team, provided that a refund request is submitted within seven days of the initial purchase. Beyond this seven-day period, refund requests will not be considered.

It is imperative to note that individuals engaged in activities categorized as “Restricted Activities,” as outlined in the Company’s Terms & Conditions, forfeit their eligibility for any form of refund.
