Prohibited behaviors include impersonating Global Tech Council staff or affiliates to offer non-existent or unauthorized services, falsely claiming credentials or certifications from Global Tech Council, or representing Global Tech Council while engaging in investment advisory services without authorization. Furthermore, using your affiliation with us to conduct fraudulent or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
Should it come to our attention that you have partaken in prohibited activities, we may take necessary actions to safeguard the Global Tech Council and its stakeholders. Such measures may include but are not limited to limiting or terminating your access to our resources, suspending your account, revoking any issued certifications, and taking legal action against you.
